Responsibilities
- Lead the Factory and drive growth
- Own and drive the Factory’s strategic vision in alignment with executive management.
- Structure and expand the Factory offering (design, tech, product).
- Develop and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects.
- Ensure profitability and manage the P&L.
- Act as a delivery leader
- Contribute directly to high‑impact engagements: scoping, experience design, MVPs, and agile delivery.
- Be hands‑on: produce deliverables, support clients, and resolve pain points.
- Ensure the quality, relevance and impact of interventions.
- Own client relationships
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand clients’ business and technological challenges to propose concrete solutions.
- Co‑design innovation journeys, from the initial need to implementation.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, developers, PO/PMs…).
- Develop individual and collective skills.
- Foster a climate of trust, co‑creation and supportive high standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a consulting firm, agency or studio
- Degree from a top engineering, business or design school
- Passionate about experience design, technology and innovation
- Combine strategic vision with a delivery culture
- Solid experience in consulting firms or agencies, with a track record of commercial growth and/or business unit leadership
- Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
- Comfortable leading executive steering committees as well as supporting product teams
- Recognized for your ability to get things done, natural leadership and results orientation without sacrificing the human element
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
