About the role
- Senior Information Security Analyst managing identity and access operations for corporate systems. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily identity and access management operations, including:
- Provisioning and deprovisioning of users;
- Supporting periodic access reviews (Access Review);
- Ensure compliance with frameworks and standards:
- NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-63 (Digital Identity),
- ISO/IEC 27001/27002,
- COBIT,
- CIS Controls v8;
- Act as the focal point for technical and business areas regarding access requests and exceptions;
- Support audit processes by responding to requests and producing compliance evidence;
- Monitor and respond to alerts related to anomalous or improper access, in coordination with the security team;
- Document operational procedures, approval workflows and applied controls;
- Work with IT, GRC and Security teams to continuously improve IAM processes;
- Support the implementation of improvements and automations based on lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Proven experience in operational identity and access management (IAM);
- Experience with directory and authentication platforms (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Okta, etc.);
- Familiarity with access management tools and approval workflows;
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles;
- Experience with periodic access reviews, segregation of duties, and exception handling;
- Experience documenting processes and responding to audits.
