Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales Support team across the Asia Pacific region.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality operational and administrative support to the Sales organisation.
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding support operations in APAC.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Sales, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Support within a technology-based organisation.
Proficiency in both written and conversational English
Prior experience managing a team across multiple countries or regions
Proficiency in one or more Asian language
