About the role

  • Sales Support Manager leading the Sales Support team in APAC at Rockwell Automation. Ensuring operational excellence while enhancing customer experience and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Support team across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality operational and administrative support to the Sales organisation.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  • Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding support operations in APAC.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Support within a technology-based organisation.
  • Proficiency in both written and conversational English
  • Prior experience managing a team across multiple countries or regions
  • Proficiency in one or more Asian language
