About the role

• Senior Frontend Engineer enhancing user experience for Kajo, an AI-Powered Payment Knowledge Platform. Collaborating with product owner and designers to build and maintain high-quality frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance new features: Help us bring real value to our users by shaping good user experiences and maintaining tech debt.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our product owner, UI designer, and backend engineers.
• Take ownership: Use your drive and proactive approach to steer the direction of the FE codebase together with your peers. From implementation to maintenance, you’ll be responsible for continuously improving performance and usability.
• Mentor and grow: Share your experience through constructive code reviews and team discussions. Suggest architectural improvements and modern best practices.

Requirements

• You have experience shipping non-trivial applications using Vue 3 while following the best community practices.
• You are proficient in TypeScript, with a thorough understanding of its features and applications in complex software development.
• You are passionate about creating clean user interfaces as well as ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
• You are ambitious, have drive and a proactive mindset.
• You are good at organising your work and taking ownership.
• You know how to balance adding business value with maintaining high code quality.
• You value clear communication and close collaboration with team members.
• You are curious and open about technology and how AI can help you on your every day tasks and make your job easier.
• You are willing to share with the team at the Zurich office at least 3 days per week.
