Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist providing outpatient therapy and assessments at RHA Health Services. Joining a dedicated team to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
Providing outpatient therapy and conducting occasional comprehensive clinical assessments.
Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions.
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessment and making service recommendations.
Conducting consumer screening and orientation.
Conducting inpatient group therapy sessions.
Orienting new service users to RHA.
Developing person-centered plans for service users.
Overseeing the discharge planning process.
Facilitating relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians and various social service community resources, such as food stamp and housing assistance, healthcare, job training and placement and substance abuse support groups.
Requirements
Must meet the requirements of a LCSW, or LCMHC (Associate licensure considered for the right candidate).
Complete criminal background check.
Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
Drug testing
Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.

Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
