About the role

Responsibilities
- Testing, monitoring and controlling complex meter exchange/device replacement processes
- Handling clearing inquiries
- Coordinating device malfunctions with service providers
- Preparing analyses and reports
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving process errors
- Participating in projects to further develop smart grid and metering system structures
Requirements
- Degree in IT or energy economics (or related field)
- Several years of professional experience in the energy industry
- Experience with billing-relevant processes in electricity metering
- Confident user of SAP S/4 Utilities / IS-U
- Knowledge of market communication (UTILMD, APERAK, MSCONS)
- Analytical thinking and experience testing process changes and releases
