About the role

  • Commercialization Manager at Resolute Cepal Greece Group developing strategies to commercialize real estate properties. Responsible for managing relationships with brokers and potential buyers in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to commercialize real estate properties, both through auctions and open market
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and monitor their performance
  • Manage relationships with potential buyers (investors, end users etc.)
  • Identify new opportunities for commercialization through partnerships and market insights
  • Collaborate with Valuation, Property Management, Legal and other internal teams on daily tasks

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate sector (sales & leases)
  • Knowledge of auctions is considered a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully commercializing properties, including leasing, selling, or marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders and team members
  • Knowledge of property marketing strategies, including digital marketing and traditional advertising
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
