About the role
- Testing and assembling test field setups for critical drive solutions. This role involves collaboration with clients and adherence to technical specifications in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Auf- und Abbau von Prüffeldaufbauten gemäß Aufbauplan, Auswahl der Komponenten, Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle des Prüfausbaus incl. messtechnischer Komponenten.
- Eigenständige Anpassung des Prüffeldaufbaus für nicht drehmomentrelevante Bauteile.
- Bedienen der Prüfstandssteuerung/Software, Durchführen und Überwachung der Prüfläufe gemäß Anforderungen aus dem Probelaufplan.
- Rücksprache mit der Konstruktion bei Überschreitung von Grenzwerten.
- Umgang mit Kunden und Klassifikationsgesellschaften während des Probelaufes.
- Prüfung und Anpassung des Ölhaushalts des Prüflings.
- Dokumentation und Erstellen von Fehlermeldungen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (bevorzugt Mechatroniker).
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld wünschenswert.
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, MS-Office und SAP.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln.
- Kranschein wünschenswert.
