About the role

  • Salesforce Developer providing user support and system expertise for global teams. Engaging with business leaders to enhance the CRM application and support user requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with various business leaders and sales teams; direct accountability for end-user support
  • Provide system and business process expertise when scoping projects and related integrations
  • Review solution summaries where appropriate to ensure adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose, user-focused development
  • Demonstrable growth mindset; enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems
  • Integration monitoring and trouble-shooting
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing; technical, business process, best practice, reference architecture, etc.
  • Applies advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
  • Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives; assignments are often self-initiated, determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results, work checked through consultation and agreement with business stakeholders more often than by formal review of superior

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred
  • 1+ years previous administrative experience with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Developer certification preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile projects
  • Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
  • Demonstrated support success with at least one large Salesforce Org
  • Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Communication skills for both a technical and business audience.
