About the role

  • Senior AI Ecosystem Tech Strategist defining joint offerings and collaborations with key AI infrastructure partners at Red Hat. Leading strategic relationships to accelerate AI adoption across enterprise markets with a focus on NVIDIA and others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Strategy for Joint Offerings: Act as the primary technical lead for defining the vision of joint offerings.
  • Direct engagement with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel and OEM (HPE, Dell, Lenovo) product leadership to align future roadmaps and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Engage key GTM leaders to align those offerings into VAR, GSI, and ISV based offerings.
  • Requirement Sourcing & Prioritization: Serve as a primary conduit to the Ecosystem Engineering team.
  • You will source and prioritize the technical requirements for what needs to be architected, prototyped, or co-created, providing the strategic "why" and "what" so Engineering can execute the "how."
  • Perform initial architectural scoping specifically to identify the technical gaps and requirements needed for new offerings, ensuring a smooth hand-off to engineering for detailed design.
  • Lead contribution of key partner product, solution, and use-case strategies for AI Infrastructure partners in the overall AI Ecosystem strategy.
  • Collaborate with the AI Tech Sales team and the AI Tech Sales Eco Global Leader to ensure that technical offering definitions are successfully transitioned into field-ready sales motions by establishing early input and ongoing feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership with a proven ability to drive joint strategy with global partners like NVIDIA or major OEMs.
  • Expert ability to source requirements from external partners and prioritize them effectively for internal engineering and product teams.
  • Ability to use high-level architecture as a tool for requirement gathering rather than an end-goal, knowing when to hand off to deep engineering specialists.
  • Deep understanding of the business drivers for AI, including private compute, the cost of inference at scale, and sovereign AI requirements.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and direct resources to build solutions that fill them.
  • Excellence in defining clear technical handoffs to both Engineering (for build) and GTM teams (for sale).
  • Be a leader in open communication, open culture, and lead cross functional, cross company teams to success with a positive and results driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, RHEL, Inference, and the NVIDIA software portfolio (NVAIE).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account - healthcare and dependent care
  • Health Savings Account - high deductible medical plan
  • Retirement 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Paid parental leave plans for all new parents
  • Leave benefits including disability, paid family medical leave, and paid military leave
  • Additional benefits including employee stock purchase plan, family planning reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, transportation expense account, employee assistance program, and more!
