About the role
- Business Consultant IT focusing on payments and optimizing clients' business processes in a hybrid working model. Collaborate with financial organizations and other stakeholders in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical consulting to banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, corporates and public authorities on all aspects of payments
- Project work: business analysis and requirements engineering in both traditional and agile projects, business and IT design, functional quality assurance and project management
- Process management: process analysis, modeling, optimization and automation
- Innovation: build and further develop the service portfolio (blockchain, digital money & CBDC, IoT, AI, etc.)
- Dynamic and collaborative team: regular team events, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, distributed leadership, and topic development within our Payments community
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, (business) informatics/computer science, mathematics or comparable qualification with subsequent professional experience
- Experience in payments with knowledge of standards and schemes such as ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2, Open Banking, card payments or cryptocurrencies
- Experience working on projects as a consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer or project manager
- IT affinity, analytical skills as well as conceptual and structured working style; demonstrated thought leadership
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as well as fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
