Requirements

- 2+ years experience working with Accuro or Telus EMRs
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Strong cross functional capabilities to identify interdependencies between teams
- Proactive identification of problems and solution implementation
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to create quality internal documentation
- Comfortable working with some ambiguity with an adaptable mindset
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; coaching team to deliver high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience working with an EMR or EHR company directly (Nice to Have)
- Graduate degree in health care administration or equivalent experience (Nice to Have)
- Proficient in SharePoint, Metabase, Confluence, Outlook, Excel (Nice to Have)
