About the role
- Experimentation & Analytics Analyst at Rappi managing analytical projects and driving data-informed decisions to maximize revenue and enhance product value.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of analytical projects (usually AB Tests) from ideation to execution and implementation at scale.
- Design, execute, track the KPIs, define data-driven recommendations, and assist product and business teams in scaling outcomes to bring the desired impact.
- Build and track execution of quarterly plan. Define quarterly OKRs and track targets.
- Partner with regional leaders and product teams to provide robust documentation and key messages for decision making.
- Learn analytics tools and provide key insights while gathering insights to inform data-visualization reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Work experience as a data analyst or data scientist
- Background in making data-backed decisions
- Experience in the use of SQL
- Strong sense of ownership and bias to action
- Open to any professional paths; ideally has entrepreneurial background.
- Experience with experimentation, specifically A/B testing, is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. (PowerBI and/or Tableau)
- Python/R or any other statistical language is a plus
- Intermediate English.
