About the role
- Accountant responsible for financial accounting at Rapid Data, managing invoices and payment processing. Collaborating on month-end and year-end financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung aller buchhalterischen Geschäftsvorgänge
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Rechnungen
- Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Netsuite wünschenswert)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
