About the role
- Vice President responsible for platform distribution strategies across TV and streaming for QVC Group. Leading business development and partnership negotiations, reporting to the Chief Distribution Officer.
Responsibilities
- Set and drive the overall strategic vision for platform distribution
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new distribution and business development opportunities
- Lead affiliate distribution strategy, managing pay TV and OTT distributor relationships
- Negotiate all major carriage renewals and new distribution agreements
- Develop and present business models for new and evolving deal structures
- Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, programming, streaming, and commercial leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of TV distribution experience, including deep understanding of traditional and emerging TV platforms
- Proven deal-making ability with strong negotiating skills
- Business development mindset with the ability to spot emerging opportunities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills
- Master's or advanced degree preferred
