About the role
- SAP Specialist responsible for leading projects and implementation of SAP systems at Alpargatas. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Act as Tech Lead within a multidisciplinary technology and business team to design and deliver SAP ECC and S/4HANA solutions;
- Ensure the scope and its requirements are delivered in compliance, on schedule, and within the costs agreed in the Business Case;
- Ensure integration with other project workstreams and systems involved in industrial operations, seeking standardization and simplification of processes that are or can be supported by technology;
- Implement the SAP S/4HANA system in Brazil;
- Identify and apply best practices for the PP module and factory integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with SAP PP (ECC and/or S/4HANA);
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience in implementing ECC and/or S/4HANA is a plus;
- Knowledge of Industrial Systems (MES, PLM, APS);
- Innovative mindset that challenges the status quo and drives new solutions;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Flexible and proactive, able to identify and mobilize the right people to achieve business goals;
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project implementation methodologies;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- English language skills are a plus;
- Experience in the RETAIL or FASHION sectors is an advantage;
