About the role

  • Retail Design Manager responsible for project management in stores. Ensuring brand expression and alignment with global strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct brand expression at points of sale, guaranteeing consistency, visual impact and alignment with the brand’s positioning and global strategy.
  • Manage projects for company-owned stores, responsible for developing scenography, window displays, the commercial calendar and in-store activations, creating relevant and attractive experiences for consumers.
  • Develop, organize and disseminate visual guidelines for DTC stores and point-of-sale materials (POSM) across other channels, ensuring standardization, clarity of execution and excellence in brand application across all formats and partners.
  • Conduct Visual Merchandising tests for campaigns and product launches, planning, implementing and evaluating different visual approaches at the point of sale.
  • Analyze VM test results, monitoring performance indicators such as sales uplift, units per transaction (UPT) and average ticket value, generating insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of commercial strategies and the consumer experience.
  • Work closely with store teams, maintaining a close and ongoing relationship to understand operational needs, day-to-day challenges and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Research and define the use of new technologies and AI to optimize and innovate the consumer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Interior Design, Marketing and/or Architecture
  • Advanced/Fluent English is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Specializations in marketing, fashion or retail are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude
