- Ability to foster an agile culture and promote a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment within the team
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Ability to identify and resolve blockers that impede the team's progress
- Knowledge of agile management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) to track task progress and ensure sprint delivery
