Requirements
- Live in Porto Alegre or the Metropolitan Area
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement according to the client's schedule
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Good communication skills, with the ability to mediate meetings, facilitate the exchange of ideas among team members, and ensure alignment with team objectives
- Responsibility and commitment to the team and processes, ensuring sprint completion and efficient removal of impediments
- Ability to foster an agile culture and promote a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment within the team
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Ability to identify and resolve blockers that impede the team's progress
- Knowledge of agile management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) to track task progress and ensure sprint delivery
