About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for underwriting environmental portfolios
  • Manage a team of underwriters
  • Write guidelines and underwrite complex new businesses
  • Offer specialist advice and build broker relationships
  • Contribute to business results and stay informed about industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Environmental underwriting experience.
  • Participation in industry events for continuous education and technical proficiency.
  • Experience in regional underwriting or portfolio management.
