About the role
- Associate managing supply chain planning and process optimization. Working on digital planning transformation programs with advanced planning systems for leading organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support client engagements in the design and improvement of integrated planning processes across demand, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Perform analytical assessments to evaluate planning performance, forecast accuracy, service levels, capacity utilization, and inventory health.
- Develop data-driven insights and models that support scenario analysis, planning optimization, and decision-making.
- Support cross-functional workshops with client teams to define requirements, validate findings, and co-develop future-state planning processes.
- Translate business requirements into APS system configuration needs.
- Support configuration of planning applications (e.g., o9, Kinaxis), including master data setup, planning logic, and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with data and digital teams to ensure that analytics solutions and tools are aligned with business planning needs (without direct configuration responsibilities).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field (nice to have).
- Certifications in o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP (where applicable) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python)
- Exposure to at least one APS platform (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Optional: Experience supporting end-to-end APS implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
