About the role
- Team Lead E-Commerce leading the development of our Shopify platform and enhancing customer experience. Driving team leadership and strategic growth initiatives for our online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Shop Management: Further development of our Shopify shop, including UX optimization, product management coordination, campaign planning and internationalization.
- Testing & Analytics: Building an A/B testing strategy, continuous funnel analysis (GA4) and applying psychological models to optimize conversions.
- App Ownership: Responsible for rebuilding and full management of our app, as well as optimizing app share, sessions and conversion rate (CVR).
- SEO Optimization & Organic Growth: Expanding organic visibility through improved indexing, international rankings and keyword optimization.
- Strategic Leadership: Developing the overall e-commerce strategy including a customer-data approach, and increasing activity, engagement and NPS.
- Team Leadership: Technical leadership and development of a 5–7 person e-commerce team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in e-commerce (ideally in fashion, lifestyle or D2C).
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and experience with relevant analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
- Experience in team leadership, managing specialists and implementing successful e-commerce strategies.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and UX; optional experience in SEO and mobile app concept/design.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and structured, with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Customer-focused, a team player, strong communicator and flexible with changing requirements.
