- Stay current with advances in AI and automation, proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance internal operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or automation projects
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with popular automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zapier, Power Automate, Python, RPA platforms)
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis is a plus
