About the role

• AI Architect designing scalable and secure AI architectures for internal applications at Primus Valor AG. Collaborating across departments and leading AI processes and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure AI architectures for internal applications — e.g., reporting automation, ESG analytics, investor communications, or portfolio management
• Build and integrate AI-based modules (APIs, RAG systems, chatbots, automation agents) into existing IT and data landscapes in collaboration with our IT service provider
• Analyze internal processes (e.g., fund management, research, compliance, customer service) and develop data-driven automation solutions using n8n, Python, or Power Automate
• Implement prototypes through to production in collaboration with business units and external partners
• Conduct internal training and workshops to sustainably build AI capabilities across the company
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees across the group and lead our cross-departmental, cross-company AI expert group
• Drive existing and develop new AI processes and actively shape the associated change management across the company

Requirements

• Several years of experience implementing technical automations with at least one of the tools (n8n, Python, Power Automate)
• Solid technical understanding of cloud environments (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud) as well as APIs, data structures, and system integration
• Knowledge of building AI architectures (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings, chatbots, agent systems)
• Experience in interdisciplinary consulting — able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Competence in change management — keeping business objectives in focus throughout projects
• Analytical, structured working style with a preference for pragmatic, business-relevant solutions
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and confident communication within a corporate environment
