About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on B2B recruitment and selection services. Managing clients while reporting to the commercial director in São Paulo's hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new B2B clients across all industries and segments to sell Recruitment & Selection services and general HR consulting.
  • Client management, negotiation, and preparation of service contracts;
  • Aligning job requirements and managing the research team and headhunters;
  • Managing invoicing and monitoring the client portfolio;
  • Post-sales follow-up to open new vacancies;
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Journalism;
  • Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in commercial/B2B sales;
  • Experience selling products/services to human resources with a focus on development;
  • Fluent English preferred;
  • Knowledge of the recruitment segment is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, ownership mindset, and organizational skills for team management;
  • Easy access to São Paulo's West Zone / Pinheiros / Vila Madalena.

Benefits

  • R$5,000 (PJ/contractor) × 13 invoices + benefits + aggressive monthly variable compensation (average above R$5,000)
  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week
