Responsibilities
- Design, create, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and automated regression test scripts using tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and JIRA X-Ray.
- Execute test cases across multiple iOS and Android devices and form factors, including phones, tablets, and wearables.
- Perform hands-on field testing to validate seamless hardware and software integration, document detailed results, and conduct data-driven analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts across multiple projects.
- Improve test efficiency and coverage by identifying opportunities for automation and testing process improvements.
- Ensure integration and regression testing is completed prior to product releases.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Development Managers to identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve defects and issues.
- Participate in Agile (SCRUM) environments and support Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Report, track, and verify software defects and requirements-related issues.
- Analyze defects, support root cause analysis, and verify fixes.
- Assist in developing and improving systematic approaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no current or future visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in mobile software or application testing on Android and iOS devices, including at least 1 year of test automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite.
- Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience analyzing software features and functional requirements, and designing, planning, executing, and maintaining test cases.
- Demonstrated experience with defect reporting, issue tracking, verifying bug fixes, and coordinating testing activities with development and QA teams.

- Experience or working knowledge of C# and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
