About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and managing distributor relationships in the coating business. Collaborating with key accounts to meet targets and support marketing efforts in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Coordinate with distributors to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasts, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure revenue achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Monitor performance and collaborate with distributors to drive growth opportunities.
  • Provide pipeline support and follow up on customer leads to secure Bodyshop (BS) wins.
  • Collect and report competitor activities, products, and strategies to support decision-making.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional programs and campaigns effectively.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Automotive or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in coating business
  • Good proficiency in the local language and English
  • Experience with key account management and knowledge of the refinish paint segment is a plus.
