About the role
- Leading a team of engineers for structural planning at a construction company. Ensuring project quality and adherence to regulations in a managerial position.
Responsibilities
- Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 7 civil engineers, technicians and designers
- Responsibility for quality, cost-effectiveness and timely execution of projects in the field of structural design
- Development and design of technical customer solutions for national and international construction projects
- Execution and review of structural calculations as well as assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering
- Technical consulting and training of our customers in the application of our products and software solutions
- Participation in the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering/structural design
- Several years of experience in structural analysis, complemented by leadership experience or leadership potential
- Confident use of CAD programs, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented working style
- Relevant leadership experience, including remote management or leading teams from a distance
