- Ensure our BI infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record (likely 7+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Data Analytics, with significant experience leading and growing teams in a tech-first environment.
- Strong understanding of and previous experience with data engineering, BI, and modern data practices.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools is essential.
- Familiarity with GCP and dbt is a big plus, though not required.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and priorities for non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions at the executive level.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
