About the role
- Senior Analyst at PNC specializing in portfolio analytics and strategy within the Enterprise Fraud Organization. Responsible for developing metrics and analyzing data to identify potential fraud trends.
Responsibilities
- Developing effective anomaly detection metrics and monitoring tools to identify potential fraud.
- Analyzing data to detect suspicious activity, identify fraud patterns, and surface emerging trends.
- Partnering closely with cross functional teams to share insights and continuously improve fraud mitigation processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of either Python or R for data analysis
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (must have)
- Educational or professional background in mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, or a related field preferred
- Prior banking experience and/or anti-fraud experience is a plus, particularly related to card products and transactions.
