  • You take completed use cases and ensure they are successfully implemented at the customer site.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing software solutions or in technical consulting
  • Proven track record in customer training
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for occasional on-site customer meetings
  • Structured, process-oriented working style with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS implementations or AI/technology solutions
  • Bonus: Experience working with Customer Success teams
