Responsibilities
Diseñar y ejecutar un bootcamp de onboarding estructurado y basado en métricas para nuevos SDRs, AEs y CSMs.
Implementar una cadencia de coaching rigurosa y escuchar llamadas en Modjo.
Equipar a los CSMs con los manuales necesarios para Upselling y Cross-selling.
Colaborar con el equipo de Gestión de Producto para traducir actualizaciones en narrativas listas para ventas.
Analizar acuerdos cerrados y cuentas canceladas para obtener información cualitativa.
Requirements
4+ años de experiencia en Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations o Product Marketing en un entorno SaaS B2B/B2P de alto crecimiento.
Experiencia previa como AE o SDR Team Lead es altamente preferida.
Dominio profundo en HubSpot (higiene y automatización del CRM) y herramientas de Inteligencia Conversacional (Modjo, Gong o Chorus).
Capacidad para simplificar conceptos técnicos complejos en proposiciones de valor convincentes.
