Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Monday.com platform.
Design, build, and optimize workflows to enhance team collaboration and operational efficiency.

Allocating and managing licenses across the organization for Monday.com.
Monitoring usage and license statistics and generating reports to track adoption and performance.
Developing and enforcing governance policies for product usage, including data security and access controls.
Providing technical support to users for troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
Creating user guides and documentation for product processes and features.
Developing a roadmap for future project management initiatives, including automation workflows and integrations.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Monday.com system administrator or in a similar role managing enterprise-level platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage statistics and optimize processes.
Solid understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience connecting business platforms via APIs and third-party connectors.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall).
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
