About the role

  • National Director guiding creative and video vision for Planned Parenthood's brand strategy. Leading initiatives to enhance health care advocacy and education via creative storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Define, shape, and oversee the execution of the national creative and video vision
  • Advance and lead the creative strategy and team
  • Develop and lead the video strategy and teams
  • Serve as the chief guardian of the national visual brand
  • Transform organizational objectives into creative and video strategies
  • Set and determine the path to achieving Creative and Video goals
  • Establish and enforce efficient workflows and quality control mechanisms
  • Deliver compelling and strategic creative and video solutions

Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive experience in creative leadership roles
  • 10+ years managing Creative or Video staff required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or relevant field required
  • Excellent creative portfolio of integrated work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
  • High level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
