About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholder groups to identify, assess, and prioritize human behavior-related risks.
  • Deliver targeted interventions such as campaigns, nudges, webinars, role-based awareness, tailored engagements, and micro-learning modules.
  • Create compelling messages to drive data-driven engagements.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of interventions.
  • Lead the execution of compliance training and awareness programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, organizational behavior, Communications and Change Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Security Awareness, Risk Management, Communication and Engagement, Change Management or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to be a natural self-starter.
  • Experience working in areas such as human/behavioral risk management in security.
  • Project-management skills to handle multiple parallel initiatives.
  • A data-driven mindset to use evidence and metrics to prioritize, evaluate and refine programs.
