About the role
- Sales Support Specialist assisting Territory and Regional Sales Managers with therapeutic device sales in assigned territory. Coordinating with internal teams and maintaining customer relations with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Supports Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities
- Uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory
- Maintaining existing customers
- Builds solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory, operating room personnel and business office staff
- Interfaces with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs
- Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries
Requirements
- 3+ years direct experience in a hospital setting
- License as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Nurse (RN) or CVIS, RCIS
- High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
