About the role
- Consultant in the Asset Management practice assisting clients in financial transformation. Engage in operational strategy projects and contribute to knowledge capital within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to business lines or IT departments on transformation projects or operational strategy
- Support the creation, outsourcing or consolidation of activities; select key service providers; define target operating models; choose information systems (OMS, PMS, EDM, risk engine…); and implement ESG transformation projects
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge capital, particularly on key topics of interest to our clients (regulatory monitoring, front-to-back processes, investor services benchmarking, fintech offerings…)
- Conduct market studies, notably through our think tanks
- Lead and facilitate clubs related to operations for asset management firms, fund valuation, depositary/custody functions and real estate fund management
- Speak at client events or produce marketing content
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university master’s program
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing transformation projects in the asset management or investor services sector
- Strong knowledge of market finance
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
