About the role
- IT/OT Engineer leading the development of Digital Twin models in Grifols' healthcare technology. Collaborating across teams to ensure data integrity and model consistency for industrial assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Digital Twin models for industrial assets and systems.
- Collaborate to Integrate BIM 3D models across engineering disciplines.
- Define and enforce naming conventions and data standards for engineering documentation.
- Implement and support centralized data management platforms for engineering/operational softwares.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, automation, civil engineering teams and IT to ensure model consistency and data integrity.
- Support the integration of Digital Twin models with IT/OT systems and industrial platforms.
- Document workflows, standards, and provide training to engineering and operations teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to digital engineering and data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields
- At least 5 years hands-on experience with BIM 3D modeling tools and workflows
- Experience in engineering/operational data management, digital twin platforms, or industrial IT/OT integrations and cloud system solutions
- High level in BIM tools, data platforms (Autodesk Contruction Cloud, AVEVA, Siemens Comos)
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- High level of English (equivalent to C1 - Advanced).
