Responsibilities
- Own QA strategy, standards, and release quality across the platform
- Lead and mentor a small QA team, raising the bar on quality
- Drive automation and improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Support to catch issues early
- Act as a quality gate for releases in a fast-paced CI/CD environment
- Dive into bugs, reproduce issues, and ensure strong resolution loops
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
- Advanced English (C1+) required for client communication and cross-team collaboration
- Strong experience testing SaaS products (APIs, workflows, edge cases)
- Hands-on with automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong ownership mindset
- Nice to have: Experience with billing, subscriptions, or payment systems
- Nice to have: Experience working with support tools like Zendesk
- Experience scaling QA in growing teams
