About the role
- Software Developer optimizing existing products and developing new APIs with AI technology. Collaborating in Scrum teams for innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize our existing products in C++ and C#
- Develop new APIs and integrate modern AI technologies
- Automate workflows using AI-powered tools
- Develop strategies for AI-based solutions (e.g., MCP)
- Collaborate within a Scrum team with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to rapidly turn ideas into working features
Requirements
- You have a degree in computer science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, or an equivalent qualification
- You have solid knowledge of C++ and ideally C# as well
- You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
- Interest in integrating artificial intelligence to automate design processes
- You enjoy working in an agile environment and take ownership of your work
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- Ideally, experience in the publishing industry or with editorial/content management systems (not required)
