Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with startups or fast-moving teams.
- Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind for frontend development.
- Familiarity in Python for backend/API development.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and Postgres for infrastructure and data management.
- Experience optimizing web performance and improving frontend UX.
- A bias for action: You ship fast and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong product and design sense: You think beyond the code and care about delivering an exceptional user experience.
