Responsibilities
Review and analyze new feature requirements and design specifications
Collaborate closely with the development team to define testing strategies for various components
Develop and execute comprehensive functional test plans and test cases
Create test coverage reports and other quality-related documentation
Perform project and defect tracking using standard tools and processes
Drive and enforce QA best practices and continuous process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in a software Quality Assurance role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience using issue/project tracking tools such as JIRA
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Experience with test case management systems (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
Ability to support, maintain and execute automated functional tests
Basic programming skills with one of the following: C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with AI tooling to aid in test case generation and developing automated tests (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
SQL skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)
