Responsibilities
Manage and analyze pricing for assigned brands/categories, including developing, executing, and monitoring go-to-market pricing strategies.
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify pricing trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop and refine tools and processes to dynamically adjust pricing based on competitive, customer, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to design pricing programs that increase penetration and attract new customers.
Monitor drivers of profitability, including cost changes, competitor shifts, tariffs, and other market forces, and proactively adjust strategy as needed.
Support bid/RFP opportunities by ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant pricing recommendations.
Create and maintain reporting to track performance against objectives, such as sales growth, margin impact, and market share gains.
Serve as a pricing subject matter expert, providing recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate ad hoc pricing and market analysis to support strategic company initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by automating reporting, refining business intelligence tools, and eliminating manual processes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an analytical data role
Expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, summarizing findings, providing recommendations
Demonstrable quantitative decision-making skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS, SQL, Excel, Access, or other data visualization tools
Experience in SAP, SAP 4HANA is a bonus
BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields is a plus
Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
