Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Controlling/Management Accounting
- 3 years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in finance, ideally in tech, SaaS or scale-up environments
- Proven experience building reporting systems and finance processes
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Confident use of controlling and accounting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools, accounting software)
- Strong hands-on mentality – you roll up your sleeves and are not afraid of operational work
- Analytical mindset and the ability to translate numbers into clear insights
