About the role
- Head of Finance managing financial strategy and operations at PartSpace. Responsible for building finance infrastructure, reporting processes, and collaborating with executive teams.
Responsibilities

- Aufbau und Führung eines Finance-Teams im Laufe der Zeit
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
- 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in Tech-, SaaS- oder Scale-up-Umgebungen
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau von Reporting-Systemen und Finance-Prozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Finanzplanung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools in der Controlling-, aber auch Accounting-Welt (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI oder ähnliche BI-Tools, Accounting-Software)
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst selbst an und scheust dich nicht vor operativer Arbeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, Zahlen in verständliche Insights zu übersetzen
