Responsibilities
You own the process from prospecting to close.
You will manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers.
You will simplify the technical aspects of Partly.
You advise repairers with their procurement processes.
Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs.
Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM.
Feed insights back to Product, Engineering and GTM.
Requirements
2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools (Apollo, Surfe, etc.).
You are prepared to get on the road or the phone.
You can manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail.
Confident with senior operators; excellent emails/proposals; calm, direct objection handling.
Able to learn repairer workflows and systems (BMS, invoicing etc).
You are eager to learn. You record your calls (Loom/Gong), listen to feedback, and actively try to get 1% better every day.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
