About the role

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a comparable technical Program or Project Management role, following a proven background of 10+ years in technical or engineering positions.
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Possesses a strong, background in Software and/or Hardware development, with the ability to actively participate and contribute to technical discussions, decisions, and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills, an independent problem solver, and excellent communication/team-working abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proven proficiency in agile development method.
- Experience or familiarity with Cellular standards (e.g., 4G/5G) – an advantage.
