  • Program Manager overseeing program implementation and operations for Electric Operations at PG&E. Leading projects, managing budgets, and mentoring colleagues while ensuring effective program functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Manages aspects of program implementation and operations
  • Ensures program is operating effectively
  • Leads complex or midsize projects
  • Identifies new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
  • Develops and manages department expense budget
  • Regularly monitors expenses against forecast, providing explanation or justification for budget items and/or variances
  • Communicates project status to all stakeholders
  • Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Presents findings and makes recommendations to management
  • Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data and presents recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years
  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience (desired)
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification (desired)
