- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and scope, aligned with the EdTech's strategic objectives.
- Communicate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, education specialists, and other stakeholders) to ensure efficient project execution.
- Apply agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional (PMBOK, Prince2) project management methodologies as appropriate to the context.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned.
- Ensure complete project documentation for organizational learning and control.
- Structure academic scope to ensure pedagogical and strategic alignment.
- Conduct academic reviews of content in multiple formats (e-books, video lessons, courses, audiovisual scripts, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or education environments.
- Knowledge of educational platforms, user experience (UX), and technology trends in the education sector.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the EdTech market or the education sector.
- Ability to interpret learning metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in English or other languages to liaise with international partners.
