Event & Video Content Manager assisting in YouTube channel growth through data analysis and production management. Collaborating with teams to create engaging video content and webinars.
Responsibilities
Drive YouTube channel growth by analyzing performance data, evaluating video types, maintaining consistent posting and relevant topics, and regularly identifying new growth opportunities;
Organize and coordinate filming sessions and photoshoots by finding speakers, handling logistics, managing the shoots, and overseeing production workflows with the video team;
Create scripts for everything from quick shorts to in-depth explanatory videos, collaborate with technical content writers when needed, and make sure the video team gets clear visual direction;
Own our webinar program by generating topics, finding internal and external speakers, managing the full campaign plan - from landing page to promo - and tracking performance while making sure each webinar runs smoothly;
Take the lead on our conference setups - from the creative ideas to coordinating with Sales & Account Management on what needs to be delivered and when - and make sure all event materials are prepped on time.
Requirements
Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for a variety of audiences;
Previous experience with video production and Youtube channel ownership;
Solid understanding of content strategy across different formats (video, written, short-form, long-form);
Experience with YouTube analytics or similar platforms (knowing how to interpret performance data and act on it);
Understanding of Youtube SEO;
Strong organizational skills (especially for managing shoots, webinars, timelines, and deliverables);
Ability to collaborate effectively with others, including executives, subject matter experts, and creatives;
