About the role
- Senior Real Estate Consultant focusing on global clients and active investments. Engaging in negotiations and analysis in real estate market for Colliers.
Responsibilities
- Commercial activities focused on global clients: sourcing and attracting new clients, developing new business, industrial and logistics assets (asset divestment), and land for development.
- Review of documents, preparation of asset offering presentations and marketing proposals for various assets, and preparation of accountability reports for our clients.
- Monitor the full real estate market cycle: list assets, accompany property viewings, and lead negotiations from initial offers through to final deal closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Active CRECI registration (professional real estate license) - mandatory (non-negotiable)
- English and Spanish - desirable
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle - desirable
- Experience with data analysis in Power BI - desirable
