Responsibilities
Commercial activities focused on global clients: sourcing and attracting new clients, developing new business, industrial and logistics assets (asset divestment), and land for development.
Review of documents, preparation of asset offering presentations and marketing proposals for various assets, and preparation of accountability reports for our clients.
Monitor the full real estate market cycle: list assets, accompany property viewings, and lead negotiations from initial offers through to final deal closing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Active CRECI registration (professional real estate license) - mandatory (non-negotiable)
English and Spanish - desirable
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle - desirable
Experience with data analysis in Power BI - desirable
